Perverting the course of justice (Pavel)

General Istana discovered that senator Kattalin i Hazama was absent, thus preventing his re-election without involvement from the senate. He took advice from Pavel, the military council civil servant liaison from which he inferred that he should appoint a fake senatorial proxy for the missing senator to fix the problem. Meha i Zidan was the false proxy, but was not aware of the extent of the conspiracy. The other senators were participants in this subversion, although Avisena i Ezmara was unaware that the proxy was false. At trial Pavel denied General Istana's claims but later he came forward to admit that he had in fact implied what the general inferred, Consequently, post-trial the magistrate substantially reduced the fines levied. Anwar del Torro, and Feliciana i Sotero plead guilty. Avisena i Ezmara changed her plea to not guilty on the advice of the court. General Istana plead not guilty to the charge of aiding and abetting them.

Meha i Zidan plead guilty. Pavel – later plead guilty to perverting the course of justice and resigned from his current post.

Anwar del Torro and Feliciana i Sotero fined ten thrones each, later reduced to five thrones each. Avisena i Ezmara found not guilty. General Istana found guilty and fined twenty thrones, later reduced to five thrones. Meha i Zidan fined four crowns, later reduced to two crowns.

Pavel fined twenty thrones.

False Imprisonment Tyrwyn imprisoned his own military unit in a fort when they became afflicted by a curse which made them feral and violent. He came forward and confessed of his own volition, but as no complaints have been made and his behaviour appeared to be virtuous, the case was dismissed. Tyrwyn Northernbay of Miaren in Navarr Case dismissed.
Assault During the Cathan Canae tourney the suspect entered the arena unannounced and pushed over the Jotun champion, who insisted that charges be brought. Irontide Bruk, plead guilty with clemency. Fined three rings.
Assault, theft, Vyig membership (various)Assault, theft, Vyig membership and murder (various) A group of nine tattooed Vyig were captured by the Iron Raptors. Various evidence of their crimes was presented, including some statements by suspects implicating other members of the group in crimes. Various suspects – five plead guilty to assault, and theft and Vyig membership.

Four plead not guilty to murder and the above charges.

One of those accused of murder was found not guilty of murder (but guilty of the lesser charges).

The six guilty of the lesser charges were fined all their assets and their tattoos were removed. The three suspects accused of murder were found guilty, they attempted to escape and were executed.

Murder The accused killed a fleeing Vyig suspect after they attempted to escape on multiple occasions.


Mercutio, plead guilty and clemency Fined four thrones and branded on his hand.
Attempted murder The accused cut the throat of Lunetta Sanguino, who was attempting to become a herald. The reason given for the attack was to send her soul to the labyrinth, lest her soul should be prevented from entering the labyrinth by her eternal service. The clemency plea at trial was made by the victim who has reconsidered her choices. Loyalty Cardinal Jared of the sons of Couros, plead guilty and clemency. Fined one crown to be donated to the virtue fund.
Murder The accused were tried for the murder of Zedenka of the Ulla Sisterhood, Varushka. The victim described her attackers when summoned back through the Black Gate. Careful investigations confirmed that the summoned shade was in fact Zedenka and that her testimony appeared genuine. Kale refused to answer questions put by the magistrate and Thor's answers were vague and inconsistent with witness testimony that placed both of them at the scene of the crime. Udoxia, testified that Thor came out of a tent following a woman's scream and declared that it was a “false alarm”. Thor of the Hammer, Urizen, plead not guilty.Kale of Urizen, plead not guilty. Both were found guilty and sentenced to death.Before sentence could be carried out Kale used magical means to commit suicide and briefly haunt the area.
Slavery and mayhem The accused were captured during a raid in Reikos to sweep up remaining perpetrators from the Brothers and Sisters of virtue (many of whom have already been tried for the mutilating and enslaving of hundreds of orc orphans) Sister Keiiah plead not guilty Sister Keiiah was found guilty but committed suicide using magical means before execution.
Murder The accused killed a criminal who had been downed during a raid on the Vyig. Prospero of the League plead guilty, claimed clemency. Fined five thrones
Vyig membership and contempt of court (Maria)

Murder, theft malsanguino, and Vyig membership (Nicolo and Cesare)

The accused were tattooed Vyig captured by concerned Imperial Citizens. Nicolo and Cesare escaped custody and committed serious assaults on the presiding magistrate and a warrant officer present following the verdict, before recapture. Maria, plead not guilty.

Nicolo and Cesare plead not guilty.

Maria, found guilty - her tattoos were removed and her left hand was mutilated. Nicolo and Cesare were found guilty and executed.
