Theft The accused were witnessed by a member of the militia fleeing a shop in Tassato carrying stolen merchandise. As Kit is a minor, her guardian Catalina faced punishment in her place. Kit de Tassato (a minor) and Wyl Brackensong both plead guilty. Jointly fined two thrones, to be paid as compensation to the victim, Umberto.
Murder The accused murdered Brady of Blackscar striding following an accusation of incompetence by the victim. A thorough investigation by the militia uncovered the accused, who then admitted the crime during interview. Tarion of Black Scar striding plead guilty. Executed.
Theft The accused stole three crowns from the victim's change jar. As Kit is a minor, her guardian Catalina faced punishment in her place. Kit de Tassato plead guilty. Catalina was fined two crowns and ordered to repay the three crowns stolen from the victim.
Blasphemy The accused were condemned by the Synod for preaching the false virtue of peace at Anvil at the autumn summit. The expert witness from the synod was Father Appleseed. Mother Alice, Calm Roberto, and Mary Bregasland plead guilty. Clemency was plead by Father Appleseed's brother. Branded and recommended to the care of Father Appleseed. Separately excommunicated.
Treason The accused made a deal with the Wendigo in which he was given the means to create fear auras to help in their fight against the Jotun in return for executing Jotun prisoners in the presence of the Wendigo's herald. Expert advice was taken before the trial from Syrus, the Archmage of Winter who advised that such actions do benefit the Wendigo. Aedan of Olwen's stand plead guilty. No priest was willing to plead clemency. Executed.
Theft The accused was cursed in the senate. After the senate guard struck down the deliverer of the (perfectly legal) curse, the accused rifled through the victim's bag. Afterwards two crowns, twelve rings and a small red puppet were missing. It was unclear whether these items were in fact stolen as the puppet was later found in the mud. Senator Miroslav offered a Weregild of three crowns in compensation for any losses, which was accepted by the victim. Three crowns Weregild accepted in compensation.No additional punishment levied by magistrates.
