			Following the Winter Solstice 386YE, the community of Asavean refugees known as the "Free Folk" [[Parts_of_speech#Free_Folk_and_Proffered_Hand\|settled at Caer Faucon]]. The establishment of a bustling village, and the influx of yeofolk to Caer Faucon, saw a small but appreciable improvement to the House of the Proffered Hand. Several Free Folk priests remain keen to donate their time and the liao they receive as leaders of congregations to the Lady, increasing the portion of liao the title received from 12 to 15 doses each season. The Free Folk as a whole are committed to helping the work of the House, speaking with refugees from Asavea in particular, but prepared to share their journey to become part of the Empire and increase their understanding of the Way with any who seek to follow their path.
