	We have made some small but very significant tweaks to the rules on how a sodality can employ any legal powers that are granted to them by the Imperial Senate. 	The new rule requiring a sodality to announce any legal powers in the Senate ~~formalise~~ the ways that could be stopped - imposing the same checks and balances on the sodality that exist for a Senate motion. We believe that is appropriate for the game - it is good to have many different ways in which the different parts of the Empire can interact, but we hope that their presence will make players feel more confident to grant legal powers to sodalities as that will help enhance the game. While it is a little more onerous for the sodality, we hope it will help to reify the ~~important~~ of the "Speaker" for the sodality.		The new rule requiring a sodality to announce any legal powers in the Senate formalises the ways that could be stopped, imposing the same checks and balances on the sodality that exist for a Senate motion.
