The Seeker of Quietitude is an Imperial title awarded to a citizen of [[Wintermark]]. The construction of the Garden of Peaceful Quietude was [[Construct Garden of Peaceful Quietitude|announced]] by '''Hilda Sirens Scream Ursan''', as the [[Bearer of an Imperial Wayleave]] during the Spring Equinox 388YE.

The plans for the garden were [[Poets_light_but_lamps#Zaboravi|presented]] shortly before the Winter Solstice 387YE as a means to produce ''zaboravi'', with the assistance of the people of [[Tsark]]. The title is appointed by the National Assembly of Wintermark, and they have a responsibility to oversee the Garden of Peaceful Quietitude and help cultivate the narcotic in Wintermark.

==Responsibilities==
The Seeker of Quietitude is responsible for overseeing the Garden of Peaceful Quietitude and helping to cultivate zaboravi in Wintermark. If the Garden, those who visit it, or those who tend it, were to be threatened, it would be the responsibility of the Seeker to deal with those threats.
