Theft		An enigmatic staff belonging to So'vika Kovar was stolen from the academy premises. The accused admitted selling this staff onto a Navarr.		Alexi Gremani plead guilty and Lucifaro Erigo plead clemency by loyalty and vigilance		Guilty. Fined three crowns.
Murder		The accused had argued with Isca over magical efforts to direct the falling red star. They invited her to their tent with promises of an apology but Dusan paralysed her and Svetlana and Velushka slew her with their weapons. They then disposed of the body with magic. Isca's shade was summoned and her identity verified then she was questioned. Isca testified as to the events as described above and contradicted the claims of the accused to have argued with Isca in the tent prior to killing her. The accused handed themselves in at the start of the next festival.		Dusan, Svetlana and Velushka of the Tangled Thorns plead guilty and clemency was plead on their behalf by Elka Grimani, Cardinal of Pride.		Guilty. Sentenced to death. Although some good arguments were made in favour of clemency, the seriousness of the crime, the destruction of evidence, and their failure to justify the necessity of their actions were judged to mean that a sentence of death was appropriate.
Theft		The accused searched the tent of the tangled thorns (while they were under investigation by the militia) and took their coven stone. This stone is permanently enchanted and therefore valuable. They claimed to be acting out of vigilance since it might be cursed and furthermore that they were authorised by a member of the militia to take it. No evidence could be found that this was the case.		Mina of the howling pines and her two cousins plead not guilty.		Not guilty.
Treason and subverting the agencies of the state		In the winter of 379 the accused had a meeting with the Druj and sent a letter in 380 to confirm their agreement to crush a tribe of barrens orcs between their armies. Furthermore the druj would cast rivers run red to maximise casualties. The accused advised the military council of the plan, allowing them to plan the campaign accordingly and with considerable success. However, he failed to engage with either the senate or imperial consul about this scheme.		Ansell Steward, seneschal of House Vexille of Dawn plead not guilty to treason and guilty to subverting the agencies of the state. Sir Lacons Vexille plead clemency on his behalf with regard to the first charge.		Found not guilty of treason.Found guilty of subverting the agencies of the state and fined twenty five thrones.
Treason		The accused and his family were captured by Druj in Edinberg near Holberg. His captors threatened to kill his family unless he led the cadets of the academy into a trap. He lured in twenty cadets and five adults with talk of a boggart infestation and did not attempt to warn them in any way. Even though the cadets were ambushed by orcs they not only escaped with their lives but also saved the accused's captive family.		Antonio Gelani von Holberg plead guilty and clemency was plead on his behalf.		Guilty. Sentenced to death.
Blasphemy		The accused came to Anvil and falsely preached that hope was as important as the other imperial virtues. They were condemned by the Assembly of Nine and repented after the Empress spoke to them.		Christoph and Julieta di Sarvos plead guilty and Cardinal Serrusto plead clemency on their behalf.		Guilty. Sentenced to spend the next season removing auras of hope from Sarvos.
Assault		The accused was threatened by four mercenaries sent from a League Carta to cut down a “sacred” tree in a cemetery in Holfried. He warned them off but when they persisted and tried to cut down the tree he assaulted them.		Friar John Taker of the Marches plead not guilty on the grounds of self-defence of the property in question.		Found not guilty.
Criminal damage		The accused went on a skirmish with a relative but after they failed to stay close to him he broke their staff.		Uther de Rondell plead guilty and Sir Gaulio Orzel plead clemency on his behalf.		Guilty. Fined three crowns.
Possession and supply of gutwrench(at the Vor'Azi Grimhold)		The accused was hired for ten thrones (five in advance) to poison Karina by someone called “Fledermaus” in the League. The accused gave Karina gutwrench to take instead of a deadly poison. She convinced Karina to take it by claiming it would show her whether her lover truly cared for her or not.		Anya of the league plead guilty and Amris Merikovich plead clemency on her behalf primarily on the grounds of wisdom.		Guilty. Fined seven thrones.
Theft(in the environs of a field hospital near the front lines)		A unit of the army was captured and the accused was let go and told that the orcs would release the rest of his unit if he provided them with some herbs. He proceeded to steal said herbs and was caught.		Kay Fletcher plead guilty. Clemency was plead by Jada of Ravensfell, priest of Vigilance		Guilty. Fined four crowns.
