Assault The accused assaulted Mediaruth Marshwatch, a former member of his order, with a staff while cursing her. The reason given for this by the accused was that the victim had brought shame to their order by her actions in the Sentinel's Repose bar. Eudaemon of Halcyon Spire plead guilty. Clemency plead by Bonewall Rek on grounds of Pride. Guilty.Fined one crown plus one crown compensation paid to victim.
Murder The accused was enjoying a celebration away from Anvil when the mood suddenly changed as the unknown victim arrived. A melee ensued in which the accused was not directly involved but which resulted in the victim being struck down. A priest ascertained the victim was dedicated to a freedom cult. The victim begged to be killed and the accused did so, but in law it is not possible to consent to your own murder. The accused (whose name was not recorded) plead guilty and claimed clemency. Guilty.Branded.
Theft The accused stole valuable herbs to eat. The accused was also sternly warned against providing a false name to the militia as this is a serious offence. Will Brakensong plead guilty and Cory Wayfarer plead clemency on their behalf. Guilty.Fined one throne.
Subverting the agencies of the state The accused received a message from barrens orcs near a triage centre near the front lines of the recent fighting. They were offered a deal to exchange twenty eight dawnish prisoners in return for five brands on citizens to mark the orc lives lost. The brands were investigated and found to be mundane. This was treated in law as a legitimate ransom demand so no treason charges were levied. Merry Talbot, Skywise Gralka, Talaith, Jada of Ravensfell, Joshua of Zephinias Lament, all initially plead guilty but plea later changed to not guilty on magistrate's advice. Not guilty.
Blasphemy The accused was condemned by the synod and admitted to preaching the false virtue of hate and spreading auras of hate. While a clemency plea was made on grounds of loyalty the court did not accept that his actions were justified in the circumstances. Friar Robin of Whittle. Treason and Contravening a declaration of interdiction The accused cursed (or aided and abetted said cursing) Gregor, Head of the Shuttered Lantern. The accused did so using a ritual text called Quell the Thief of Secrets” created by and traded from the whisper gallery(and with whom a state of enmity currently exists). They argued that this was to try to prevent further harm being perpetrated against Gregor by the Whisper Gallery by making him unable to read or write and thus a “non-combatant” in the war of secrets. Ancel Steward, Guissart Vexille (not present), Arlen Weaver, Ser Lacons Vexille and Lady Gweniveve Vexille plead guilty to all charges. Clemency was plead by Corwyn Leafstalker. Guilty. Collectively fined forty thrones and all were sentenced to be branded with the freezing mark of Iremais.
Murder The accused was investigating the victim, Laudica i Tsaga i Riqueza, for being a follower of the false virtue of vengeance. She was invited to the victim's tent, which was under an aura of vengeance and given a mask that cursed the bearer to take vengeance upon those who threaten their loved ones. An axe was placed near to hand and then the victim threatened harm to the accused's sister in the future while taunting her to take vengeance. The accused struck her with fatal consequences. Ephrael of Highguard plead guilty. Jared of the Sons of Couros plead clemency on the grounds of vigilance and pride in protecting her sister and others from cultists of false virtue. Guilty.Fined five thrones. The sentence reflects the seriousness of the crime but also its context. It was noted that no adequate virtue defence was advanced in respect of what occurred once the accused had taken hold of the mask and was aware she was being manipulated.
Assault and criminal damage General Irontide Skar owned an axe which was possessed by the spirit of a Jotun ancestor. The accused believed this to be a detrimental influence on the General and the army. She attempted to seize the axe and nearly strangled the General with it then failing to take it she disenchanted the axe, removing the spirit. Expert witness testimony was accepted from Irontide Lok and Bloodcrow Yargol on the subject of Jotun ancestors in orcish lore. Bloodcrow Shettehs plead guilty and Atla plead clemency on the grounds of wisdom and loyalty but it was noted that the necessity of the accused taking on the “hero's burden” was not addressed. Guilty. Fined four crowns for assault and seven thrones (paid in compensation to victim) for the criminal damage.
Assault The accused assaulted the victim, Silis of Zephynia's Lament, because she was “meddling” with her sister. Amatia i Tsagaan i Erigo plead guilty and Maricella i Tsagaan i Guerra plead clemency on grounds of loyalty.

Assault (two counts) The accused asked the victim, Hazel of the Shattered tower, “if she would like a face like hers” referring to Senator Tanwyn. The accused then struck the victim in the face with a shield and pushed her to the ground. Rhiz Tarw plead guilty with no clemency. Guilty.Fined three thrones due to the accused being a repeat offender.
Heresy and blasphemy The accused encouraged imperial orcs in Hraka Hold to not follow the way claiming “it is a human religion”. Further he said the Hierro clan failed because “they had too much ambition” and preached against both too much pride and ambition. He also claimed orcs are superior to humans. He has been inquisited for this behaviour before and has said he would mend his ways. During the trial he argued his beliefs were common among imperial orcs. Bloodcrow Yargol was condemned by the General Assembly. He plead guilty with no clemency plea. Jurma Steelhail spoke for the General Assembly. Guilty.Fined thirty thrones and to be branded with the freezing mark of Iremais. The heavy fine reflected the serious impact that Yargol's heresy was having on his peers and to act as a deterrent against similar behaviour in the future.
