Assault The accused ordered Cormack Dun out of the Urizen camp when he attempted to sell copies of the Oathwright bearing the headline “Druj outwit heroes and conquer Zenith”. As Cormack was leaving the accused ordered him to run and when he did not, struck him a blow with his sword. The unwelcome guest defence did not apply as it was not a reasonable use of force. Philostrate Menos, a host of the Urizen egregore, pleaded guilty with clemency on grounds of Pride by Runerathmore of Neverwatch Spire Guilty.Fined two crowns
Treason and perverting the course of justice The accused admitted trading secrets of imperial citizens to the Whisper Gallery in exchange for lost information from the Imperial Archives. Furthermore the accused used magic to erase his memories of his co-conspirators and then came to confess his crimes. Treason The accused confessed to being coerced by the Grendel (who held her family hostage) into stealing imperial charts and secret military information from Anvil and passing them to the Grendel. Carlita I Osa pleaded guilty with a clemency plea made on the grounds of loyalty by Medea Ruth.

Assault The accused and the victim, Tanwyn Ankarien were on the battlefield in Spiral. The accused believed Tanwyn was responsible for the peace treaty failing and headbutted her when the opportunity arose. Stilicho of the Scarlet Guard pleaded guilty with no clemency,

Assault Tanwyn Ankarian and Philostrate Menos were suffering from a Spiral related curse. Corvus, the High Exorcist had informed Rhisiart that getting those afflicted into a particular tent (with a magical aura) would cure them. Rhisiart attempted to trick Tanwyn into said tent and failed so resorted to violence. Once her curse was removed, all the accused then repeated the exercise, injuring Philostrate in the process. Rhisiart Dancewalker, Tanwyn Ankarien and Phaedra Ankarien pleaded guilty. A plea for clemency was made on their behalf on the grounds of Wisdom by Solas of the Spire of the Waxing Sun

Fined four crowns. A subsequent judicial review indicated that she should have been fined more heavily due to prior convictions for crimes of violence. This will be taken into account if she comes before the magistrates in the future.
Contravening a declaration of Interdiction The accused cast the ritual Rivers Run Red upon Therunin on the last day of the summit then handed themselves in. They argued their actions were necessary to counter the Rivers of Life ritual cast on the region by the Great Forest Orcs as this had awoken the vallorn in the area. Furthermore they argued that the only effect of Rivers Run Red would be to negate the Rivers of Life. They had attempted to convince Conclave to remove the interdiction but failed to do so and felt an urgent need to act immediately to protect the lives of the nearby citizens from the vallorn. Kellos Foxden, Celyn Brackensong, Eirwen Brackensong, Trystan Brackensong, Talek Dancewalker, the Navarr egregore, Rhea Pridestalker, Saeros Splitroot, Drow Gedor and Drefa Brackensong being the Voice of the quiet forest coven. They pleaded guilty with a clemency plea on the grounds of Courage made by Amris Gatekeeper of Wisdom.
Guilty.


Discharged without punishment although the magistrate noted that it is left to Conclave to decide if they wish to react further.
