To build the Pegasus Respite as a sinecure. The title ‘Medical Officer of the Pegasus Respite’ to be appointed by the Highborn national assembly.

It will cost 14 wains of weirwood and 28 crowns, fully self funded. Herbs produced will go to the battle physicks of Highguard to serve the Empire.
The House of the Proffered Hand will have a former slave rehabilitation wing on the premises, to aid the convalescent hospital’s work.
