Overview

Most Imperial positions are elected yearly on a rolling schedule, for instance if a nation has three senators they will each be elected in a different season.

An individual may only hold one Imperial Title at a time.

All Cardinals excluding the Assembly of The Way - has the right to appoint a member of their assembly as gatekeeper.

Conscience of the Senate

Appointed by the Cardinal of The Way.

The conscience may hold the seat for no longer than a year, or until there is a new cardinal of the Way is appointed and chooses to name a replacement.

Conclave

Archmage

The appointment, replacement or removal of an Archmage is made by the declaration of candidacy The archmage serves until another magician takes the title, or another archmage is appointed in the Conclave.

Dean of the Lyceum

The appointment, replacement or removal of the Dean is made by the declaration of candidacy The Dean serves until another magician takes the title, or anotherDean is appointed in the Conclave.

Grandmasters

A grandmaster serves for a year, until a Declaration forces their re-election, or until they die or step down. The schedule for annual re-election is:

Bourse positions

Due to the economic upset following Britta's death all Bourse positions were elected at the Winter summit of 376 and will serve till Winter 377.
