I need to report a
conduct problem.

You can go to GOD, or ask anyone with a radio to contact someone from conduct for you. Or if you prefer, you can email the conduct team after the event.

Yes

Are you at
an event?

No

You can email conduct@profounddecisions.co.uk at any time between events.

If you choose to report at the event, a conduct team member will arrive to see you as soon as possible.

You will get a response to say your email has been received within 24 hours.

The conduct team member will ask you to tell them what happened and record any information you feel comfortable sharing.

Someone from Conduct will read your report and be in touch with you within two weeks.

We will ask you how you would like us to proceed.

A permanent record will be made of your report.

Yes

Do you want to
stay anonymous?

No

Conduct will investigate your report and contact other people involved. We'll only contact the person you have reported with your permission.

We'll only act an anonymous report (which could breach your anonymity) if legally required to do so, or where there is a significant risk of serious harm. We will always ban the participant in question if this happens.

We'll investigate promptly. If an investigation is taking longer than two weeks, we'll update you every fortnight. The conduct team meets regularly to discuss ongoing investigations and will decide the outcome once the investigation is complete.

Your report will be treated as corroborating evidence if there are any other reports about the same person at any point.

We will inform you of any action we plan to take. Possible outcomes are: a caution, a formal warning (with or without additional restrictions), or a permanent ban.

If at a later date the person receives a sanction that is relevant to your report – eg, because another report is made against them - you will be updated to keep you informed.
