Theft The accused were contracted by the Di Tutamen family to go to Syrene’s Wisdom and collect magical water from there without leaving any witnesses.

They collected a number of vials of water and while they were there rescued some miners who had been injured and trapped. They then reported what they had done to the militia.

Zoraida I Caballo and Corwyn I Cabello plead guilty no clemency. Guilty.


Fined 3 thrones which was paid in compensation to the representative of the holder of Syrene’s Well.

Murder The accused executed a downed imperial citizen on the battlefield who was in the process of being arrested by the militia. This unknown citizen had been caught fighting alongside the Druj. There was no immediate threat posed by the victim and the Druj had already been pushed back from the immediate area. Furthermore the accused knew that the victim was an imperial citizen and acted anyway. Finnan of Meliora in Dawn plead guilty with clemency plead by Lady Caudine Dulac on grounds of vigilance. Guilty. Fined 27 thrones which was paid into the Dawnish war chest via the egregore.
Sorcery and treason The accused was caught working alongside the Druj in the barrens. He said that he made a deal with the Druj to avoid death . In return he provided information of hidden imperial holdouts in the Barrens and used his winter magic against the Empire. The accused was declared a sorcerer by the Conclave in Winter 380. Rene de Loire plead guilty. Anabelle Beaugarden of House Castella plead clemency on their behalf. Guilty.Executed.
Perverting the course of justice The accused was witnessed interacting with the Whisper Gallery although it is unknown what was discussed. The accused’s memories relating to the Whisper Gallery were magically hidden or removed by either a Tulpa or ritual. The magistrate drew an adverse inference from the conduct of the accused - namely that they deliberately hid these memories to try to avoid justice.
