Civil Service records indicate the following points were agreed in the treaty with Salt Lord Kaliact.
Salt Lord Kaliact will:
- Cede the territory of Spiral and all holdings within it to the Empire
The Casinean Empire will:
- Assign the territory of Spiral to the League
- Allow those currently dwelling in Spiral, orc and human alike, to become citizens.
