To reconstruct the Tower of the Fall in Occursion, Zenith, and make it a part of the Proffered Hand network. This is an existing opportunity and is a mana sinecure for the cost of 6 mithril and 9 thrones. This will produce ten mana and 6 heart's blood a season to the Keeper of the Tower of the Fall, an existing tenured title in Urizen. Self-funded by Herminius of the Temple of the Wanderer. Appointed by Urizen Senators.
