Skallahn

Overview

Not very much is known about the territory of Skallahn. It is part of Kallsea - the northern Jotun kingdom. While it lies across a narrow sea from Hordalant, it is possible to move armies between the two territories using the Kongegőr, an area of shifting islands where the Gullet is at its narrowest.

It is possible to pass between West Marsh in Kallavesa and Skallahn. Indeed, only a few years ago a force of Jotun invaded Kallavesa along the narrow straits that lie between the two nations. . It has a long coastline and the rich Jotun town of Keirheim lies somewhere along the shores. Most of what is known about Skallahn comes from the campaigns of Emperor Guntherm, but the stories speak of "the great plains of the Iron Stand" and the "the low-lying farmland and fisheries of Greenwall" which combine with accounts of the Jarl of Keirheim to suggest a rich territory.
