Allis Thorne and Sally Baker entered the MC and claimed right of witness. Allis is not a Synod member and has no right of witness. Sally and Allis were both excessively noisy, in breach of the legal requirements of witness. They were ordered to leave by the Herald of the MC. They refused to leave and told Magistrate Kuura Tuomisbarn to arrest them.
Once they were arrested they were taken to the Militia tent where the rough music continued. They absconded in the confusion and evaded the pursuing militia long enough to claim sanctuary in the Marcher camp. Militia efforts to recover them after this time were rebuffed by the Marchers. Sam presented themself very late that night and the others the next day.

Supplying Bite and Treason (dealing with the Druj) Following a lengthy undercover operation Lukash was arrested for dealing bite. When he was arrested a large amount of extremely incriminating correspondence between Lukash and the Vyig was found on his person. Lukash admitted being the leader of a group dealing bite. During the operation he had been witnessed leading this group and arranging for the purchase of bite. The correspondence showed that he was in League with both the Vyig and the Druj, and that the Vyig were using Drusila's Obelus as part of this arrangement. Lukash claimed that he was in fact working undercover for the militia all along. He claimed his handler was Victor, a former Head of Intelligence. However, Victor died many years ago and when challenged, Lukash admitted that he had not attempted to make contact with the militia during the intervening years. Lukash Biessek von Temeschwar plead guilty to both charges. Clemency was plead by Father Dracov on the grounds of Courage.

They purchased bite from the Cambion Aloysius di Sarvos of the league. The suspect revealed their supplier and returned with them for trial. Aloysius di Sarvos and Julie, (last name not recorded, believed to be the sister of Patches). A clemency plea was made on the grounds of vigilance. Both were found guilty and each were fined two thrones.
Contempt of Court The Archmage refused to hand over a Crown of Agramant when ordered to do so. The crown is under interdiction due to the enmity of its maker. The basis of the clemency plea was that the crown was given during a parley with Wise Rangara and previously Rangara had blighted the Marches for spurning a gift, so voluntarily handing it over would risk similar consequences. The crown was removed from the Archmage and destroyed. Ematius of the Library of Ankarion, Archmage of Winter plead guilty with clemency plead by Martin Orchard on the grounds of vigilance

Their release was secured but the life of the Herald was in jeopardy and the accused interceded in order to allow the Herald to leave. In doing so the accused offered their soul to the Herald. This was refused by the Herald, but they said they would accept their service instead. Morwenna Withered Rose plead guilty with clemency plead by Brynn Tendfallen on the grounds of loyalty.
