Consecrate Ratibor's Gate and construct an inspirational tomb in Temeschwar, costing 20 wains of white granite and 5 Thrones, plus one dose of true liao. This will create the title "Watcher of Ratibor's Torch", to be appointed by the League National Assembly.

+And yes, I take the point that a "watcher" of a thing is more "Vigilance-y", I think that speaks to the controversy that surrounds the complex man. Honestly, I feel like Ratibor's symbol should be a gate made of flames but now I'm slipping into IC speculation. I wonder if I can find a way to set up a miracle that causes Ratibor's tomb to catch fire but never burn down... How similar is White Granite to asbestos?
