I, Octavius of Damakan's Forge, request the commission of the ministry the Broken Shore Mithril Market to be built in Cargo for the purpose of exchanging weirwood for mithril.
The position of Broker of the Broken Shore is to be appointed by the Tally of Votes by Urizen national mana site holders, to be appointed on a yearly basis.
