Virtue commands action. Navarr, Highguard, and allies, have worked to build the third Navarr army, “Isaella’s Dance”.
It is half-complete through self-funding, and if the Senate is willing, the army could muster a year today.
A request to disburse funds starting at 300 thrones going up in 50 throne increments.
