Also called The Talon, The Claw is visible all year round but spends most of the autumn and winter months relatively close to the western horizon, only rising to its peak, approximately halfway to overhead, during mid-spring. It is formed of four stars, the brightest of which is located almost directly above the ‘tail’ of The Stork.
