- When complete, the sinecure will automatically create the title of Keeper of Sylvihrafyn.
Constitution
- Sinecures are life-time appointments.
- The title will be a National position, appointed by unanimous decision of the Senators for Wintermark.
- The title will be able to be revoked by the Wintermark assembly, the General assembly and the Assembly of nine.
