The title is to be “Envoy to the Disciples of the Tempest Jade Maiden“
Appointed by the Urizeni National Assembly and located in Peregro, Morrow.
As below I’d like add a bit to add a bit to description “The quiet shrines and contemplation galleries are illuminated by several lanterns, with sword motifs upon them.  Their soft glow also reveals intricate scrollwork on the walls depicted white flowers.” -->

Revision as of 11:44, 10 August 2018

To construct the Temple of the Winds in Morrow to provide a permanent home for the sword scholars.
Proposed by Miekarova, seconded by Morrow.

Overview

Date

  • Summer 382YE

Cost

  • This sinecure is the result of an opportunity.
  • 10 wains of white granite
  • 20 crowns
  • three months to complete

Progress

  • 20 Crowns provided by Nikolovich Drakov after the Summer Solstice 382YE.

Campaign Outcome

  • The sword scholars request that the temple be built in Peregro over the ruins of a previous temple.
  • The Temple will become a new centre for the Wisdom sects of the sword scholars.
  • As a sinecure, the temple offers 8 liao per season and 16 votes in the Imperial Synod.
  • The sects insist that the title be appointed by the Urizen National Assembly. Although, legally speaking, that decision is not in their hands, the sword scholars have made clear that they will simply ignore someone appointed to the seat by other means, voiding any benefits from the construction.
  • The scholars also insist that the "Labyrinth Sword" be assigned to the sinecure holder as part of the position’s regalia. The motion does not stipulate this and refusing to do so would void any benefits from the reconstruction.
