To build a Seminary School known as the Hearth of Virtue that none may doubt Varushkas dedication to The Way. This will be built in Perumaki, Miekaova and will be appointed by ?, revocable by the Varsuhkan National Assembly.

Appointment is by the Varushkan national assembly, and the title has tenure.
