Outcome

• As suggested by the Spider's Vantage Spire of Urizen, this will allow people across the Empire and beyond to read of True Liao visions written by the Seer of the Gateway.
• During the Autumn Equinox 382YE, this motion was amended to exclude the Iron Confederacy.
