Treaty

That the Empire does concede the Alivetti estate in Sarvos to the Sarcophan Delves.
That this enclave shall be granted to the Bedelaar Huisbaas Vandesar for their use.
That the Bedelaar Huisbaas Vandersar will leave the Tomb ruins of the Empress Giselle as an Historic landmark, ensuring its status as such.
That the Bedelaar Huisbaas Vandersar will pay 4 rings of ilium per season to the Imperial Holder of the Steel Fist bourse Seat in addition to any other bounty for so long as the land remind conceded
That the Bedelaar Huisbaas will provide to the Empire, land within the Buitenlandsewijk in keeping with the requirements of the Imperial Constitution for the purpose of imperial construction
That the Empire agrees to use said land for the construction of a Temple of the Way at a time of its choosing
