An announcement by bearer of a Wayleave, to build a sinecure in Senmer’s Rose, Semmerholm. Currently known as the Rose Towers, this sinecure shall provide 12 Liao and 24 Synod votes. To be appointed annually by the Throne.

  • The well-worn path for a sinecure such as this would be appointment by an assembly of the Imperial Synod.
  • In recognition of the purpose of the commission, and with the support of statement of principle from the Dawn national assembly1, appointment by the Throne in its role as Monarch of Dawn has been approved. In the absence of a Throne, this title could not be appointed.
