<!-- From Senator:
Guardian of the Cairn or Sylviharafn sounds good. I'm awaiting a response from someone to give me some more information for the flavour text. Anything they may want to add will involve the character "Sylvi Harfn" who was from the a group that provided the funds that died in one of the battles and so it has a memorial to them. I'm giving them a couple days to respond if they want anything specific added then leaving as is.
The location is in Skarsind, I'm happy to leave it up to you exactly where, essentially somewhere where it wouldn't be unusual to have a what is effectively a mana 'well' (details below), Gildermark/near Gildenheim or Pakaanans Pass seem appropriate.
In terms of function the cairns are carved rock that are intricately threaded with mithril in imagery (think Saxon/Rohan artistry) that denote the history of the battles with the Thule (nothing secret or unknown). The Carins and mithril descend underground and "draw" up the Mana from underground so it appears almost like droplets of mana on and around the Cairns.-->
