I announce the building of the Grand Lodge of the Sevenfold Path in Necropolis, including the extended basilica. We built it with the aid of Adamant, the Shaper of Mountains, via a personal boon.

Once complete, the Grand Lodge of the Sevenfold Path will have the following effects:

• Adds 15 mana crystals to the Conclave font each season
• Incorporates a grand basilica dedicated to the Way
• Reduces the cost of mana purchases by the Grandmaster
• Raises the level of investment of congregations in the territory by one
• Allows Highguard to raise and support one additional navy over the current limits
• Provides a dose of true liao to the order's vaults at the Summer and Winter Solstice
• Provides every member of the order with a dose of liao each season for a year
• Adds the Voice of the Paragons to Imperial lore for as long as Net of Gossamer Chains is interdicted
• The Grandmaster of the Sevenfold Path will be able to use a Declaration of Concord to request a single relic linked to an important historical figure for the Winter Solstice after the grand lodge is complete
