Construct Adelaarskade

I call upon the Holberg College of Engineering to plan the construction of Adelaarskade, a series of dykes costing 30 weirwood and 90 crowns, which will drain the wetlands of Rebeshof and Utterlund. Once the land is suitable, the Rebeshof Roadwarden, Lia Adelaar van Holberg, shall fund the establishment of pig markets in the Marches and encourage the Sand Fishers to farm Rebeshof and Utterlund as foreigners. The edifice has been commissioned at the behest of Otmar von Holberg of Adelaarsgilde

Outcome

• Once complete, the penalty to farms in Holberg will be removed
