Upgrade Palace of Apulian

The Imperial Master of Works announces the commencement of the upgrade of the fortification called the Palace of Apulian in Spiral, which will become the Palace of Mists at a cost of 80 white granite and 240 crowns. As well as improving the fortification, it will additionally make an attack from the sea significantly more difficult and increase the taxation from the territory by five thrones a season

Outcome

Once complete, the upgrade will have the following effects:

• Improves the fortification at Apulian to rank two
• Renames the Palace of Apulian to the Palace of Mists
• Forces attacking the region from the sea (such as shore offensive or the equivalent) suffer a 20% penalty to VPs
• Improves taxation by 5 thrones a season
