To build the Bleak Tower, a great work in Morrow. To provide a home to the refugees of the herb garden of Pallas and its herbalist researchers. Self-funded.

Campaign Outcome
- When complete, the great work will distribute a share of 80 random herbs through the herb gardens of Morrow.
- It will create an Imperial title - Custodian of the Bleak Tower appointed by Urizen senators.
- In addition to other effects the Custodian will receive six doses of heart's blood each season.
