+The Dean of The First Voice Glade is an Imperial title created by the Imperial Senate in Autumn 382YE. The position of Dean is a sinecure, requiring minimal responsibility but offering a regular income of valuable herbs.

+The Dean of The First Voice Glade is expected to uphold the musical and cultural traditions of the Navarr. These responsibilities include encouraging emerging and potential talent, ensuring Navarri musical traditions and history is honoured.
+They have little in the way of administrative responsibilities to the school, but will frequently lecture or run workshops and so should be familiar with Navarri musical traditions and be passionate about furthering Navarri culture. For this they are afforded a portion of the bounty from the accompanying herb garden.
+In addition, if the Glade were to be threatened in any way, it would be the responsibility of the Dean to deal with those threats

+The Dean receives an income of herbs each season: Nine doses of Cerulean Mazzarine, eight doses of Bladeroot, four doses of True Vervain, four doses of Marrowort, and  two doses each of Imperial Roseweald
+Appointment
+	The Dean of the First Voice Glade is appointed by unanimous decision of the Navarr senators. If a unanimous decision cannot be reached, the title may be appointed by the Imperial Senate instead.
+	The title can be held by any Navarr citizen. The Dean has tenure, and serves until they die or step down. They can be revoked by the General Assembly, the Navarr National Assembly, and by the Assembly of Nine.
+Geralt the bard was First Voice of the Navarr nation who died at Return. The bards of Navarr gather at his Glade.
+The location where the First Voice Glade School now stands was a glade which travelling Navarri bards used to honour the memory of Gerallt Brackensong. This soon became a gathering place, and so members of Splitroot Striding, The Twisted Tree Tradehouse and Splinterspear funded and built a small school at the location to ensure that Gerallt Brackensong continued to provide a lasting legacy for future generations. The music school trains its students in classical Navarri musical traditions, as well as other performing arts skills such as dancing, juggling, fire performance etc etc. The school is strictly focused on Navarri traditions.
+Courses range in duration and intensity from the prestigious three year musical degree, to weekend-long workshops for passing Stridings. Of note is also the Festival Host Accreditation which is exclusively offered at Anvil summits which, at the time of its construction, is run by Idwyn Splitroot.
