Construct Garden of Hope

The Legion Engineer is building the Garden of Hope. The designs of this Gildermark great work have been drawn up by the Black Tillers in Skarsind and will cost 25 white granite, 25 weirwood, and 150 crowns. We thank the Black Tillers for listening to Bloodcrow Meep and finding a new way for orcs of the Empire to access Hearkener's Hope. Let us learn from our ancestors.

Once complete, the Garden of Hope will have the following effects:
