Construct Nightingale Chorus
To construct the Nightingale Chorus wayhouse in Astolat. The wayhouse acts as a sinecure and increases tax in Astolat of one throne per season, and acts as a great work for Astolat, Weirwater, and Semmerholm. It boosts military units against the Vallorn. Election will be by Cat's Graces with the title of Conductor of the Nightingale Chorus.

Once complete, the Nightingale Chorus will have the following effects:
- Increases investment in Astolat for military units engaged in the Quest Against The Vallorn
- Increases the taxation of Astolat by 1 throne per season
- Allows Navarr to take a new personal resource in Astolat for free the season it is completed
- Creates a new Imperial title, the Conductor of the Nightingale Chorus
- Also increases investment in Weirwater and Semmerholm for the Quest Against The Vallorn, if the Dawnish Assembly names the fight against the vallorn to be their highest calling.
