To commission the structure of the Wanderer's Entertainment Society. A self funded sinecure requiring 10 wains of weirwood, 3 thrones, and 6 crowns in labour using standard costings. The sinecure will provide wealth. The Wanderer's Entertainment Society will be supervised by the Mistress of Festivities appointed by Judgement by the League Assembly and will be built in Hanuri, Temeschwar. This project has been organised by Red Ravens Holding, the premier building society in the Empire.
