Create Roll of Benefactors

To create a permanent roll of honour to list Imperial citizens who have made significant, prosperous contributions to the implementation of approved senate motions. Named “Benefactors of the Empire”, decided by the Assembly of Prosperity through statements of Principle passed with a greater majority. Roll to be posted each season.
