Appointment

The {{{1}}} is a {{{2}}} national position appointed by the Senate. Under normal circumstances it will be appointed by unanimous vote of the {{{2}}} senators.

Because this is a national position, the title can only be held by a {{{2}}} citizen.

The {{{1}}} has tenure and serves until they die, step down or are revoked.

The {{{1}}} can be revoked by the General Assembly, the {{{2}}} national assembly, and the Assembly of Nine.
