To commission a sinecure - Stone Smith's Workshop - in the Woldstone, Ashbrook, Upwold. Sinecure is to be a place where smiths can congregate, discuss, act as a repository of lore, and be a place to train new smiths. Sinecure to create the Stone Smith position, to be appointed by tally of the votes. This sinecure is self funded.
