Judgement: The malign spiritual presences are a direct threat to the Empire. We send Viviane Barossa with 75 doses of liao to warn the virtuous folk of the Empire that their vigilance must continue. For nearly 400 years we have kept these dangerous forces at bay, and we must not drop our guard now

Judgement: Wisdom knows all knowledge is incomplete. We cannot take hearsay at face value, but must explore the nature of these unfamiliar spiritual powers so we can better understand them. We send Fintan Nighthaven with 75 doses of liao to urge the virtuous not to be afraid of increasing their understanding.

Judgement: Even the most impenetrable forest may fall one treat at a time. We send Corey Wayfarer with 250 liao to urge the faithful to focus on destroying the vallorn above all other ambitions. No price is too high.
