Herb Tender of the Cerulean Balmhouse
Overview
The Herb Tender of the Cerulean Balmhouse is an Imperial title responsible for overseeing the Cerulean Balmhouse in Fontargenta, Feroz. The motion to construct the Cerulean Balmhouse was proposed by Rahma I Fontanilla I Guerra as the proxy Senator for Kahraman during the Spring Equinox 388YE, and drew on aid offered by Sumaash.
The title is a little bit of a mouthful; informally, the holder is sometimes referred to as Cerulean Herbtender.
Responsibilities
The Herb Tender is responsible for ensuring the herbs produced are made available to the "Freeborn healers bloc". There is some expectation that the Herb Tender will ensure that either a contract is made on the use of the herbs or that they receive a fair price for them.

The balmhouse produces 22 drams of cerulean mazzarine and five drams of true vervain each season for the Herb Tender.
Appointment
The Cerulean Herbtender is a national position appointed by the Synod. It is elected by judgement of the Freeborn Assembly.
The title can be held by any Freeborn citizen. The Sutannir has tenure and serves until they die or step down. They can be revoked by the General Assembly, the Brass Coast National Assembly, and by the Assembly of the Nine.
