Singer of the Silence

Overview
The Singer of the Silence is an Imperial title created by the Imperial Senate in Spring 387YE. The opportunity to create this title followed on from the mandate enacted by Nathair Autumngale, as detailed in the Little faith wind of fortune.
Responsibilities
The Singer of the Silence has a responsibility to protect the Great Library of Hacynian, and to organise parley with Sung and Phaleron to try and unlock the potential of the enigmatic regio at the library.
Appointment
The Singer of the Silence is a virtue position which is appointed by judgement of the Wisdom assembly. Any Imperial citizen may hold the title.
The Singer has tenure and serves until they die or step down. They can be revoked by the General Assembly, the Assembly of Wisdom, and the Assembly of the Nine.
