Build a money sinecure in Seren, Miaren with 10 wains of weirwood. The Dancer's Rest creates the title of Hand to the Dance to be appointed by the Navarr National Assembly with tenure. This is a centre of education and rehabilitation for refugees and ex-slaves, part of the Proffered Hand Network. Fully funded by the Network.
