Construct Bears Rest
The Legion Engineer will construct Bears Rest, a mana sinecure in Northspires, Hahnmark for ten wains of mithril and 30 crowns of labour. The title of Steward of Bears Rest will be chosen by unanimous decision of the Wintermark senators and be responsible for collecting the mana that flows down the river from the melting glacier upstream.
