The cost of 4 Wains of Weirwood, 4 rings of Ilium and 12 crowns will be provided by the Tender and the Vallorn Guard. By diverting the Whitesmoke Brook to the Phoenix Flame it provides tonics to fight the vallorn in exchange for Tempest Jade. There is no upkeep cost.
