Construct Hylje Dolmen

To commission the erection of a white granite marker dolmen on the northern shores of the Rikkivessi. To enable the Hylje to deliver the bones of Imperial Orc heroes who fell during the invasion of Sermersuaq (helping to protect the lives of Wintermark citizens). Once recovered from the depths they will be collected by the Imperial Orcs for proper funerary care. This announcement is self-funded.
