To commission the liao sinecure "Spooner's Rest", to be located in Hahnmark at Wood Heath within Dunhearth Hall. To be held by the "Conscience of the Dunnings". Appointed annually by the Wintermark National Assembly and to be revoked by the Wintermark National Assembly. Built to celebrate the life and passions of the fabled Tobrytan Dunning, the church has many depictions of golden eagles and yellow suns. The holder is responsible for providing advice and guidance for the Dunning family
