Wanderer’s Entertainment Society

The Wanderer’s Entertainment Society can be found to the south of Temeschwar proper, just outside the city walls and bordering the Blood Red Road. It’s a curious mix of permanent structures and gardens, alongside an ever-changing procession of carts, tents, and caravans.

The main buildings are constructed in traditional Temeschwari style out of sturdy marble blocks that some wits suggest could withstand a war rhino charge. Inside is a world of opulence and class; fine upholstery, drapery and fabrics cover the solid construction with a decadent softness in burgundy. The symbol of the Wanderer can be found everywhere - never obvious, but always present. Subtle tentacle motifs creep across the solidly built furniture and spill onto the stained glass windows.

The purpose of the Society is to be the first port of call for both patrons looking for entertainment and entertainers looking for patrons. Inside, there are rooms for consultation offices where customers can meet with staff, spaces for performers to practice, and several large halls that can be hired for private parties. Outside, travelling troupes have space to tether their oxen and set up their own stages where they can tout for business. A special paddock is set aside for the Majesty Wagon of Estella the Wandering Wayfinder, a travelling Pride congregation that puts on virtuous performances to inspire.

The Wanderer’s Entertainment Society was funded by The Socialite Network, the League’s foremost cicisbeo union, and built by Red Raven Holdings, the premier building society in the Empire.
