The members of each order in attendance at the end of the previous summit determine precedence for the following summit according to the Principle of Precedence.There was 4 mana in the font after the final Conclave session of the 385YE Autumn Equinox. This was distributed to the grand masters of the Conclave according to the Principle of Proportions as per the table below.
This left 4 mana, which is added to the 336 mana collected via the Principle of Proportions at the previous event to form the font for the coming summit. The Conclave has access to a font of 340 mana at the 385YE Winter Solstice.

Imperial Lore: Silver Tongue of Virtue

- Declaration: With thanks to Nathair Autumngale, who first projected this ritual, we place Silver Tongue of Virtue into Imperial lore. This version was given as a gift by Janon to Rafael Barossa D'Apulian when then paid for it to be codified at the Loom of Spells and will pay for it to enter Imperial lore.

Concord: Not Endorsing Zulgan-Tash

- Declaration: The Conclave does not endorse the actions committed vy the Circle of Zulgan-Tash regarding the Whistling Strand. The Circle of Zulgan-Tash state that if Sadogua objects to the magic worked by the Circle, then he should take it up with them.

- Declaration: Conclave endows the Lyceum to Sadogua. Conclave is aware that this is not legally binding and requires a Senate motion, ut would like Senate to be aware of Conclave's opinion on the potential ceding of the Lyceum to the Brother of Wizards.
