• Judgement: Arlais, Daughter of Mari, plans to build five sinecures at Virtues Rest: four Benefactors, one for each army, and one attached to the Strategos of Highguard. Together producing 48 mana and 16 Orichalcum each season. We seek no materials; those are needed for the Grand Inspiration of the Way. We ask instead for something Highguard possesses in abundance: experience. Our nation holds generations of military knowledge, from soldiers and commanders to chaplains, apothecaries, engineers, quartermasters, and all who sustain an army beyond the battlefield. Arlais intends to break ground in Winter. Help shape the Benefactors Court at Virtues Rest. Tell us what our armies need, where lasting support matters most, and what ingenuity, experience and Virtue might achieve.

• Judgement: In order to enter this into imperial record during an inquisition conducted by Jedidiah Boon, Summer 388YE, Lofyn Bloodcloak recounted the miracle that happened when she first put on the Bloodcloak following its recovery from a century of Thule possession. Lofyn Bloodcloak felt the weight of the cloak shift, a small hole had appeared within the lining and within was found the necklace she now wears around which was wrapped the schema which allowed Lofyn to enter the Bloodcloak into Imperial Lore.

• Judgement: Nora Falcon's Light, Grimnir and Thane of House Geris has been tireless in her legacy and dedication to the nation of Wintermark. Her efforts supporting our national celebrations have helped bring the nation a great sense of pride, our hearthfire continues to be a beacon in the darkness thanks to Nora's efforts, and she has long fought to bolster ambitions of other Winterfolk, to the betterment of our nation. Nora's work is quiet work that may oft go unsung, but is no less heroic to explore the skein and help guide the skein of others is the Kallavesi way. As such, we the Wintermark Assembly are proud to entre into the Chronicle of Heroes: Nora Falcon's Light.

• Judgement: Lorenzo 'La Volpe' Macelliao von Temeschwar was Prosperous. He was Ambitious. But Pride is the virtue he held closest in his heart, and most clearly embodied in his life's work. He celebrated his successes, proclaimed his past and his home boldly in all his actions, and uplifted his nation and his Empire.

Benevolence: The Empire benefits to this day from his works. The Blood Red Roads may be the biggest endeavour, now feeding the Empire's coffers directly in support of the Vallornguard. But citizens past and present in a dozen territories have personally benefited from his works in coin, mana and liao. Legacy: A dozen Great Works exist across the Empire, that he funded, designed and built. These Great Edifices Proudly display his name, his guild, and his history, reminding us we should be Proud of where we come from and our achievements. Inspiration: Even in life, the League Assembly named him an Inspiration, leading to the Colissus of Sarvos' True Consecration as a Sacred Site in his honour. Travellers flock to Sarvos to see this wondrous sight and experience The Partner of Greatness for themselves. To this day, his name is synonymous with grand benevolent works. Pilgrimage: His great works included travelling the Empire to map and build the Blood Red Roads; the Legacies of Virtue, grand edifices to uplift And Inspire the virtuous in each of the territories they were built in, from Hahnmark to Casinea; as well as several Cathedrals to Pride. This make clear his journey not only to personal Virtue, but The Way as a pillar of that journey for all citizens. This assembly Recognises Lorenzo as an Exemplar of Pride.

I laud this, and acknowledge how it can and ought to strengthen our Empire. I raise it also a warning - that the experts and strategists of this Empire are always best placed to harm it. Brat embodies the point at which the virtue of Ambition meets the realm of Night - driven, cunning, subtle, manipulative, with strong intuition. He is extraordinarily well placed to be the Empire's expert in Night, and convey it to the Empire and the Empire to it. The Wise ought act as the Volhov teaches, and investigate him and that which surrounds him, to witness his triumph, and to disabuse this Empire of notions of threat. I welcome his oath to yearly inquisition, that we might understand him and his realm as it transforms. He will be a virtuous archmage - thus I vindicate him.

• Judgement: The Imperial Synod rewards Auntie Armand Mariyavich Remislav 15 thrones to be used as they see fit to reward the immense Courage of the Winter magicians of Varushka they led in destroying the Sumisev Peegel, a regio corrupted by the Cold Sun to emit radiation that could have killed every magician present. The destruction was prepared for alone and funded out of pocket for the protection, betterment, and Prosperity of the souls Volodmartz, who stood endangered by this active threat. Their actions stand as prefect examples of the hallowings of Permion, Inga Tarn, and Isaella's Resolve - to fear not death, and to confront and defeat dangers, for they knew it was the right thing to do.

• Judgement: Claude Deeds discovered that the ghost of Theodric Mooting, the legendary scop of Wintermark, had been trapped at the threshold of Sydanjaa for more than three hundred years, unable to pass through the Labyrinth. Claude led a band to Warriors Gate to free Theodric's soul so he could pass through the Labyrinth. She heard the scop's final tale. Heroes of Wintermark were able to recover his last remains - his drum - and so laid him to rest in Kallavesa. This quest was the result of years of research on Claude's part including careful negotiation with the Winter realm, incurring much personal cost. We reward Claude 10 thrones for her Virtuous deeds: her Wise discoveries, her Loyalty to a legend.
