Overview
The Mistress of the Dust Parador is an Imperial title awarded to a citizen of the Brass Coast. Parador of Dust was commissioned by the Imperial Senate during the Winter Solstice 383YE and completed shortly before the Spring Equinox 384YE.
Responsibilities
The Mistress of the Dust Parador is responsible for using the mithril purchased from the families of Kahraman for the benefit of the Freeborn. If the Parador of Dust were to be threatened in any way, it would be the responsibility of the Mistress to deal with those threats. Likewise, if any particular opportunity were to arise related to the Parador, the Mistress would expect to be consulted as to how that opportunity might be resolved.

Powers
Ministry
As a ministry, the title of Mistress of the Dust Parador allows the holder to purchase wains of mithril at a set price. The Mistress makes their decision on how much money to spend during downtime from their character page. Money is removed from, and resources are placed into, the character's inventory when the downtime is processed.
Appointment
This title is appointed during the Autumn Equinox. The Mistress of the Dust Parador is appointed by citizens of the Brass Coast who control fleet personal resources. The voting is handled by the civil servants in the Bourse.
Only a Brass Coast citizen may hold the title. They do not receive a seat on the Bourse. As a title appointed through the Bourse they cannot be revoked by the Imperial Synod.
